I'm in much the same situation, except I'm only 28. I'm having severe lower back pain in the oppisite side of my affected hip. I'm seeing a chiropractor which provides temporary relief. I have a sever pelvic tilt due to the leg length difference. I'm in the Tyler, TX area and would love to hear about any solutions you come up with.
What about joint replacement? Has anyone heard about how that helps and how long they last?
