48 And looking for help

I had Perthes in both leg's and wore braces from age 4 until age 10. Now at 48 I have had pain in lower back hip and thigh for over 5 years now. I have been shuffled between so many specialist with each one refering to another Doctor. Help! Does anyone know of a doctor in the Dallas Texas area who has experience in this area.
